When I was going through many break downs and break throughs post Sandy, my dreams took on a pivotal role in my healing journey. I became so engrossed in the process of writing them down and deciphering them, that I went in search of a better dream dictionary than the one I currently had. I Had The Strangest Dream by Kelly Sullivan Walden became my companion many mornings while having coffee and interpreting my dreams. I came to experience all the variations of dreams Kelly details in her book: Processing Dreams; Venting Dreams; Integrations Dreams; Breakthrough Dreams. It’s a fascinating study of self and very useful, in my opinion. I don’t think I would want to share mine with a group - seems too personal.

I’ve been dream journaling since Jan 1st. What a riot. I’ll get my hands on that book!

This is breezy, easy, smart and interesting. A casual interview. (I think it only took me ~10 mins.)

I want to step up my lucid dreaming game! I should start keeping a dream journal, but I’m sure I won’t.
