    There is a lot of research that validates the anti-aging benefits of calorie restriction. Of course, this is a pandora’s box for the misinformed. I like the idea of undernutrition without malnutrition. The theme is to choose nutrient dense food so that you get a bounty of healthy vitamins and nutrients without over consuming. We are fortunate today to have so many super foods from around the world to choose from. This is a very mindful, conscious form of eating. Not restricting from a fear base but more from love and appreciation for the genius that is our bodies.
