This is heartbreaking. The fact that his pain is so visible makes him seem separate from the rest of us, but I think we all suffer our own “weight” issues - repressed emotional pain. I delt with mine in a more acceptable way - over exercising and restricted eating. But it is just as toxic and damaging. Shame and guilt slow our energy flow and feed the cycle. Until we can see ourselves in others, the judgement will continue. We are all in this together and love and compassion are the answers.

Yes it is and also very sad. I love the way he’s trying to lose weight and love the man he wants to be.
